Such products are considered to be extremely risky, because they deliver liquid directly to the blood and have high microbial growth potential, so sensitive and reliable CCI tests must be carried out; The vacuum attenuation technology can be used to effectively test the infusion and blood transfusion bag.
BMI's vacuum attenuation products can detect package leakage and hidden defects. This method is non-invasive and non subjective; Connect the system to the test chamber, and analyze the change of vacuum degree in the test chamber. If the package is defective, air or liquid will leak from the package to the chamber, causing pressure changes; The leak free packaging will not cause the pressure change in the chamber. The system provides quantitative test data to ensure leak detection and reduce miscalculation; No matter where the defect is, the vacuum attenuation system can find large and small packaging defects.
The case proves that each defect type has been tested many times to determine the defect detection capability. According to the filling amount, packaging form and size, the system sensitivity and repeatability can reach 10 microns or less, and some products can detect smaller defects.
