Pressure attenuation has been proved to be one of the practical, sensitive and stable nondestructive vessel integrity testing methods, which provides reliable, repeatable and accurate quantitative results and is a very practical deterministic testing method; Pressure attenuation and vacuum attenuation form obvious complementary advantages.

Pressure attenuation technology:
The MD leakage tester is connected to the test chamber specially designed to contain the package to be tested. The package is placed in the test chamber, and then the test chamber is filled with a certain index of pressure. The sensor monitors the pressure level in the chamber and the pressure change within the predetermined test time. The size of the pressure change indicates whether there is leakage and defect in the package. The test sensitivity and the test instrument, test chamber Parameter settings, etc.
The test system can be designed to be manual or fully automatic. This inspection method is applicable to offline testing in the laboratory or sampling inspection around the production line for QA/QC statistical process control; According to different samples, the test beat is several seconds to tens of seconds.
