In today's drug delivery system, some drugs are very sensitive to water and oxygen, so it is very important to ensure the integrity of the blister packaging. Good detection means are essential to ensure that the product quality is not affected.
BMI provides two NDT techniques for integrity testing of multicavity blister packaging.
Vacuum attenuation is a nondestructive sealing integrity test method for blister packaging.
The other is to use visual and mechanical testing technology for inspection and analysis.
